2025
In 2025, Henan Yuelian Port Chinese Herbal Medicine Materials Co., Ltd. and Henan Fulu Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Co., Ltd.—both wholly-owned subsidiaries covering the entire industry chain—were established one after another to expand sales channels.
2023
Established Shenzhen Dubang Pharmaceutical Source Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (holding 51% stake) and Nanyang Duxiaoshan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (wholly owned).
2020
In December 2020, we obtained the Pharmaceutical Production License, and in May 2022, we secured the Pharmaceutical Distribution License, marking the completion of our integrated industry chain.
2015
On August 7, 2015, the company was renamed to its current name, "Henan Dubang Traditional Chinese Medicine Biotechnology Co., Ltd.," a name it has retained ever since.
Prior to the 2015 rebranding, the company had already begun strategically positioning itself within the traditional Chinese medicinal herb industry chain. This included establishing cultivation bases—such as those in Xianghua Town’s Taizishan and Shangji Town’s Dapingwangshan—as well as building a dedicated R&D team, thereby laying the groundwork for an integrated "cultivation—processing—sales" model. As the business expanded, the company further strengthened its focus on technological innovation, forging collaborative partnerships with institutions like the Institute of Microbiology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Peking University's School of Medicine.
